Great Ideas for Nonprofits Using Salesforce

  1. NPC: Allow Concurrent Active Program Enrollments
    Junette Tan (Passion Fruit Partners)

Here's an idea to allow individuals to have multiple active Program Enrollments within the same program. Today, built-in validations prevent staff from enrolling participants in future offerings while they are still active in a current one, creating planning challenges for recurring programs.

This change would make it easier for program coordinators to schedule upcoming offerings, avoid duplicate program records, and fully leverage Program Management features like Benefit Schedules without cumbersome workarounds. Remember to vote!
