Great Ideas for Nonprofits Using Salesforce

  1. Make Referrer, Provider, & Client Lookup Fields Accessible in Formulas/Timelines (NPC)
    Shannon Hayes (Canvas Cloud)

Currently in Nonprofit Cloud, Referrals provide the functionality for referencing a Client/Referrer/Provider through a lookup field, or by using text fields to add the name/email/etc for each of those three parties. The ability to reference the lookup fields is missing in key areas for Case Management, such as when building a Timeline. Head here to learn more and vote for this idea.
