Great Ideas for Nonprofits Using Salesforce

  1. NPC: Add Transaction/Commitment Status Field in Gift Entry
    David Cheng (Idealist Consulting)

Currently the NPC Gift Entry object has no standard Status field that can be applied to the Gift Transaction / Gift Commitment. This is a basic requirement for all fundraising nonprofits who need the core flexibility of assigning specific statuses to particular payment methods in batch entry processing. Here's an idea to add this Status field as plain text and map it to the corresponding field in Gift Transaction and Gift Commitment. Remember to vote!
