3. Best Approach for Replacing a Data Stream

Great Ideas for Nonprofits Using Salesforce

1. Allow Compliant Data Sharing for External Users with Case Management Objects

   Here's an idea to allow CDS (Compliant Data Sharing) configuration for Experience Cloud users for the Account, Care Plan, Interaction and Interaction Summary objects— currently these can only be configured for internal users. This would allow admins to provide a secure way to share sensitive and confidential records in a portal for external users.
