Great Ideas for Nonprofits Using Salesforce

  1. Add Custom Fields to Engagement Plan Template Tasks
    Jennifer Stefero (Galvin Technologies)

It is possible to add custom fields to the header of the Engagement Plan Template, but not to the Engagement Plan Template Tasks. Engagement Plans are fantastic functionality and would be greatly enhanced if custom fields could be added to the Engagement Plan Template Tasks. This would allow for better classification of the resulting tasks, and better reporting. Vote for this idea if you agree!
