PUB Crawl for November 20, 2017

As we roll into the Thanksgiving week in the US, the calendar reminds us to pause and notice that there's much gratefulness to have in life. For me, the list includes the opportunity to share knowledge with those making a difference in the world.

And for my barely-making-it-but-working wifi in the Arctic Circle today.

Thankful for Arctic Circle wifi

I'm thankful for the opportunity to take what I'm learning and deliver it to those working hard to move our world in the right direction. It's been an honor to hop into your inbox every Monday, and I look forward to avoiding your Spam button for many years to come.

While you're conjuring up your thankful moments, and before the frostbite sets in, take a moment to enjoy this week’s warm cup of knowledge. Also, send mittens. And hot coffee.

Don't forget, you can have the goodness of the PUB Crawl delivered into your inbox each Monday morning by subscribing today!

Caroline Renard (Technology Interpreter for Arts Groups)

I know it's weird posting an event that is _not_ happening, but I think people time their watches to the Hub Office Hours! Americans will just need to solve their Salesforce issues over turkey and faux-turkey leftovers.

Great Ideas for Nonprofits Using Salesforce

  1. Allow negative values on GAU Allocations
    Daniel Probert (Hyphen8)

Imagine a world where a donation is made and then refunded, but the refund is a separate transaction. Shall we solve for that using negative GAUs?
