  4. Two Fields on the Same Object With the Same Label

    When two fields on the same object have the same label, how can they be differentiated in reports? For instance, this org is using the NPSP and a volunteer management integration, both of which have a contact field named "Alternate Email." Great Ideas for Nonprofits Using Salesforce

  1. Allow Polymorphic Fields in Nonprofit Cloud Custom Report Types
    Brad Struss (Bigger Boat Consulting)

    Polymorphic relationships are a powerful feature of Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL) that allow you to query data from different types of objects using a single field. Currently, to report on Nonprofit Cloud objects you must create a Custom Report Type, but many polymorphic fields are unavailable in these report types. Here's an idea that could resolve this gap in functionality.
