Earlier this year, Salesforce announced a new vision for Nonprofit Cloud, the suite of Salesforce nonprofit technology solutions built for the nonprofit sector.
A major goal of the Nonprofit Cloud is to make it easier for the nonprofit sector by breaking down information silos within organizations and their partners. Salesforce has worked collaboratively with stakeholders to develop the technology and find solutions to these four priorities for nonprofits:
- Deliver powerful programs through programs and case management
- Grow fundraising income with data intelligence and insights
- Know and expand the community with personalized experiences
- Measure, learn, and share from impact
What’s included in the Nonprofit Cloud?
If you’re worried about the P10 program, don’t be. Salesforce is still offering 10 free licenses for nonprofits via the Power of Us Program.
There are certain functionalities available now, and more to come down the line. Here’s what’s currently available in the Nonprofit Cloud:
- Full Sales and Service Cloud
- Program Management
- Case Management
The Nonprofit Cloud will have a Summer Release in July ’23, and Winter Release in October ’23. What’s coming during those releases, as it stands now, are:
- Grantmaking Add-On

These categories have the following features:
High-Touch Fundraising

Mass Market

- Rollup Summaries
- Segmentations
Fundraising Operations
