The Donations app Integrates with the Salesforce NPSP Enhanced Recurring Donations Feature

Salesforce made some big updates to their recurring donation feature to make it better than ever. After making a few updates of our own, organizations can now utilize Enhanced Recurring Donations from Salesforce with the Soapbox Engage Donations app! This integration makes data sharing easy and seamless whether an organization is using the standard or enhanced recurring donation feature in the Salesforce NPSP.

Find Products Faster with New Search Queries in the Shop App

On a Soapbox Engage Shop app page, visitors have only been able to search for a product by name. Thanks to an update, visitors can now search for an item and have it query the Product Summary, Product Description, and Product Code values. This will enable visitors to find what they’re looking for faster and get products added to their cart with less search time!

Customize the Reply-to Email Address in the Actions App

Prior to this release, in the Soapbox Engage Actions app, the reply-to email address was always set as the organization’s global email address within Soapbox Engage. With this release, administrators can now customize the reply-to email to be the supporter's email address or an app-wide email address. This allows an organization to drive feedback where they want it and where it’s most impactful.

Enabling Portal Users to Update or Cancel Their Recurring Donation With Stripe

If an organization uses Stripe as their payment processor with the Soapbox Engage Donations app and User Integration add-on (“portal”), logged-in portal users now have the ability to cancel or update their recurring donation in the “My Transactions” view. Additionally, administrators can restrict logged-in users from changing the donation amount when updating a recurring donation.
