PUB Crawl for January 1, 2018

Good morning friends (as I write this at 10pm ET)! For those of you just waking up from a long night/day's sleep, I just wanted to provide a few quick updates. First, 2017 really did happen. All that stuff. Yep, it happened. Second, I'm here to help you get focused on the road ahead.

Happy New Year!

Somewhere between your stack of thank you's in your outbox and the resolutions in your inbox, is the faint memory of all the awesomeness that we saw in the Salesforce community in 2017. Allow me to give you a quick synopsis: this community rocked it! Multiple community sprints, 14 NPSP Days, 25+ NPSP software releases, more Power of Us Hub posts than I can count, and a ton more.

Considering all that we've accomplished together in 2017, I have a feeling 2018 is going to be record breaking year for this community. Let's catch up on what you missed during the end-of-year craziness with a roundup from last week's knowledge.

Don't forget, you can have the goodness of the PUB Crawl delivered into your inbox each Monday morning by subscribing today!

  2. Best way to handle communicating with all users?
    Luke McFadden (Rapha House)

  5. How do you use Salesforce to help keep on track with moves management?
    Susanna Rodriguez (Verified Voting Foundation)

With Engagement Plans and Levels, life is a bit easier when it comes to moves management. That's not the end of the road, though. How are you tracking major donor cultivation through reports, dashboards, and other mechanisms within Salesforce?
