Starting July 21, 2025, all Salesforce certifications will move to Trailhead Academy, offering a central hub for certification info, personalized exam recommendations, and a full view of your credentials. Key deadlines: register in Webassessor by June 30 and complete exams by July 13. Be sure to update your Trailblazer profile and check out the FAQ in this post for more details.
- Join the Nonprofit Team at World Tour NYC in May
Lizzy Roberts (Salesforce.org)The Salesforce Nonprofit team is gearing up for World Tour NYC! Join them for the Nonprofit Community Breakfast on May 21 from 8:00–10:00 a.m. ET at the Javits Center — a great opportunity to connect with nonprofit Salesforce end-users, admins, developers, and partners. They’ll also be hosting a Nonprofit Reception on May 20 (registration required) and participating in Agentforce World Tour NYC on May 21. See more details here!

Datablazers attending World Tour NYC can also join a Community Campfire session on AI-ready Salesforce data (May 21) and a Mastery Onsite at Salesforce Tower NYC (May 22). - NPC: Improve Consistency of Program Enrollment Related Lists
Courtney Bethem Phillips (Exponent Partners)This Trailblazer points out that when adding the Benefit Assignment related list to a Program Enrollment page, internal and external users see different default lookup fields, which cannot be configured in the page builders. This inconsistency has caused significant troubleshooting time and requires a custom solution to ensure a consistent user experience across both internal and partner users. Improving the consistency of related lists could save a lot of time!
