Great Ideas for Nonprofits Using Salesforce

  1. NPC: Allow Customizable Benefit Schedule Frequency
    Rachel Burcher (GravityLab)

The current out-of-the-box BenefitSchedule OmniScript offers preset frequency values for benefit session creation, which are generally useful but lack flexibility. For example, selecting "monthly" does not allow users to specify a particular day, leading to sessions being scheduled on unavailable dates. Ideally, users should be able to customize the frequency or have it function more like Outlook’s recurring meeting options (e.g., 2nd Monday of the month). Vote if you agree!
