Great Ideas for Nonprofits Using Salesforce

  1. NPC: Enable Reporting for the Benefit Assignment History Object

    The NPC currently does not support reporting on the Benefit Assignment History object, even when field tracking is enabled and added to the page layout. While the data is accessible via SOQL queries, it is not available within reports, limiting visibility for end users. Here's an idea to enable reporting for all field history objects to eliminate the need for external data exports and ensure critical information remains accessible within NPC.
