Great Ideas for Nonprofits Using Salesforce

  1. Nonprofit Cloud - Soft Credit for Bookable Pledges
    Aiden Martin (Cloud for Good)

    Currently in Nonprofit Cloud, Soft Credits can only be associated with Gift Transaction records. Here's an idea to allow Soft Credit associations with Gift Commitments. Organizations that consider pledges as "bookable" will want to credit the entire Commitment when it is made, rather than waiting until the Gift Transactions are paid. Vote if you agree!
