  4. Tagging Monthly/Lapsed Donors
    Amy Tarleton (Indivisible Project)

This Trailblazer is seeking advice on how to automate donor tagging for easier list management. Specifically, they're looking for suggestions on how to tag newly lapsed donors, donors who gave in the past 2 or 3 years but not the current year, and monthly donors whose gifts appear as regular ones due to a product integration. Great Ideas for Nonprofits Using Salesforce

  1. Improve Clarity of Predefined Appointment Availability in Appointment Manager
    Cameron Johnson (Western Michigan University)

In the current Appointment Manager within Student Success Hub, support staff are unable to visually identify availability of other support staff when viewing the calendar to schedule an appointment. This issue arises when a support staff member does not have availability in the next 7 days, causing the "First Available" shortcut button to be unavailable for use. Head to this post to check out and vote for this proposed solution!
