Some partnerships feel so natural that you swear they existed long before they were ever made official. One such partnership is with the fine folks at Swift River Consulting who have been Salesforce nonprofit sector allies for more years than we can count. I met Ryan more than 10 years ago when I first started Swift River Consulting. I knew then he would do amazing things, not only with regard to the Salesforce platform and the awesome product that is Soapbox Engage, but maybe even more importantly by bringing his long standing commitment to community, openness and collaboration to the Salesforce for Nonprofits niche. Watching Soapbox Engage evolve into the excellent solution so many NGOs now use for their online engagement system has been exciting, and working with Ryan is always inspiring.
