Crosscut Mountain Sports Center is a year-round mountain hub that provides recreation, sports training, and outdoor education opportunities through facilities and trails. As a nonprofit, they work to serve the community, steward shared lands, and provide connection, solitude, and inspiration to people of all ages, abilities, identities, and backgrounds.

With a large part of Crosscut’s mission focused on engaging and expanding their community members, Crosscut knew they wanted to improve their process for selling season passes. As a small nonprofit undergoing rapid growth, they also knew they would need to streamline their online donation process to support and extend their reach.

Crosscut offers daily and seasonal rates for all activities, with special perks and access to facilities for season pass holders. They wanted to make purchasing season passes a simple, positive experience that captured and safely organized user data inside Salesforce, their Customer Relationship Manager.

With the ability to offer unlimited products across different stores, Crosscut can sell many types of passes, including adult passes, youth and child passes, military passes, student passes, senior passes and more. They even have an option to add a donation to the pass order.

With automatic Salesforce integration, the Soapbox Engage Shop app instantly saves order details to Salesforce for tracking, fulfillment, and follow-up. When a Crosscut supporter makes a purchase, their billing, shipping, and contact information is securely saved inside Salesforce as a Contact or a Lead. Easily accessible contact information encourages more communication between Crosscut and their supporters, leading to strengthened relationships with the individuals who fund the Crosscut mission.
