For our readers celebrating the holiday today, Merry Christmas! I’ll keep this one short, mostly because I'm working between multiple helpings of food and desserts. It's been an honor to hop into your inboxes this year, and I'm looking forward to hopefully being the first email you receive in 2018!

Well, the good news is that we all survived the annual holiday party at Soapbox Engage's international headquarters in DC (penguins included). The bad news is that I still have stomach aches from the pounds of homemade cookies I ate (alas, no burritos!).

All that sugar rush has given us quite the Salesforce knowledge push though, with two new certifications under our collective belts and a brand new Trailhead Ranger among us. Of course, every ranger needs a sidekick, so we're lucky to have one of those in the Soapbox Engage family, too!

Since many of you are now hibernating in your warm offices, push aside the holiday fruitcake or yummy sufganiyah and let's get focused on some Salesforce knowledge. It's PUB Crawl time!

With #GivingTuesday now behind us, it's time for the final end-of-year fundraising sprint for many of us. At the same time, it's planning season for 2018. Ah yes, it's the eve of #GivingTuesday. This late-night edition from the US is for all you tired fundraisers out there. It's pencils down and feet up on the couch for those of you who worked hard to build social media and email campaigns.
