Great Ideas for Nonprofits Using Salesforce

  1. (Nonprofit Cloud) Relating Benefit Disbursement Records in Interaction Summaries
    Mairead Flanagan (-)

This Trailblazer points out that there is no way to select Benefit Disbursement as the Related Record on the Interaction Summaries' Related Record field, hindering the ability to record notes on these transactions. In this instance, the organization is attempting to use Benefit Disbursements to record counseling sessions. Adding this functionality would allow case workers to document notes for individual client sessions, with the option to designate them as confidential if needed.
